Behind Third Room

Gillian Findlay

Third Room was founded by Gillian Findlay - operator, investor and advisor with deep experience scaling venture-backed companies. Gill has sat in the seat of the unsung heroes of scaling - COOs, Chiefs of Staff and operations leaders who carry the weight of execution. She understands the unique challenges they face. She’s faced them herself and delivered successful outcomes.

Gill is well known in the ecosystem for her direct ‘no bullshit’ (but caring) style, her extensive personal network and her 15-year track record of spotting top talent, bringing them into her companies and accelerating their development. Many of those she’s worked with have gone on to be friends, as well as becoming leading operators and founders of the most exciting, venture-backed companies.

Gill believes that high performing operators derisk scaling and accelerate growth. She is committed to finding the right roles for great operators, supporting their development and building their network of like-minded executors.
